Shannon is an associate lawyer with the firm. She has experience in corporate/commercial and transactional matters, including commercial leasing, licensing, start-up financing, privacy law compliance, and not-for-profit matters.

Shannon works with start-ups, not-for-profits, and small and medium sized enterprises. She possesses strong analytical skills, which she combines with a practical approach to problem-solving in her practice.
Shannon received her law degree and Masters of Public Administration from Dalhousie University. In her final year of law school, Shannon was selected to represent the Schulich School of Law at the Kawaskimhon Aboriginal Rights Moot and received an award upon graduation for her community involvement.
Prior to joining G. S. Jameson & Company, she articled with the City of Calgary, where she appeared regularly as municipal prosecutor in Provincial By-law Court, in addition to attending to corporate law, general litigation, administrative law, and real estate matters.
Outside of law, Shannon enjoys watching the English Premier League, running, exploring local cafes, and cooking.
