Glenford was featured in an article of the July 11, 2016 print edition of The Lawyers' Weekly, Food Law Grows Across Canada. In the article, Glenford states "There has been a shift in consumers' expectations of legal services, demanding that lawyers understand their business, and not just the law." Mr. McKiernan, the author, also interviewed fellow food law colleagues, Sara Zborovski of Norton Rose Fulbright and Ronald Doering of Gowling WLG.
